Ingredients
- 1 - (2-1/2 lb.) boneless turkey breast tenderloin with or without skin
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon mrs dash (table blend)
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken or turkey stock
- 3 tablespoons reserved pan drippings for gravy.
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons half & half
How To Make roast boneless turkey breast tenderloin

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Mix 1/4 cup butter, garlic powder, paprika, Mrs. Dash, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Step 3Rub half the butter mixture over the turkey breast and underneath the skin.

Step 4Reserve remaining butter mixture, melt for basting.

Step 5Tent turkey breast loosely with aluminum foil. Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until thermometer reads 165 degrees in the center.

Step 6Baste turkey breast occasionally with remaining butter mixture.

Step 7Let turkey breast rest 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 8Slice and serve with gravy.

Step 9FOR GRAVY

Step 10Heat 3 Tbsp. pan drippings in a small sauce pan. Add flour and mix to make a roux.

Step 11Add Chicken or turkey stock, and half & half, whisk until thickened. Salt & pepper to taste.
