Ingredients

  • 1 - (2-1/2 lb.) boneless turkey breast tenderloin with or without skin
  • 3 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon mrs dash (table blend)
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken or turkey stock
  • 3 tablespoons reserved pan drippings for gravy.
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons half & half

How To Make roast boneless turkey breast tenderloin

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    Mix 1/4 cup butter, garlic powder, paprika, Mrs. Dash, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Step 3
    Rub half the butter mixture over the turkey breast and underneath the skin.
  • Step 4
    Reserve remaining butter mixture, melt for basting.
  • Step 5
    Tent turkey breast loosely with aluminum foil. Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until thermometer reads 165 degrees in the center.
  • Step 6
    Baste turkey breast occasionally with remaining butter mixture.
  • Step 7
    Let turkey breast rest 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Step 8
    Slice and serve with gravy.

    FOR GRAVY

    Heat 3 Tbsp. pan drippings in a small sauce pan. Add flour and mix to make a roux.
  • Step 11
    Add Chicken or turkey stock, and half & half, whisk until thickened. Salt & pepper to taste.
