Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cups potatoes, sliced
- 1 can (10.5oz.) cream of celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cream soup base
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 to 4 tablespoons flour
How To Make potatoes and turkey casserole

Step 1brown ground turkey and onion. take out meat from skillet. using same pan make cream sauce: soup, milk, cream base, and water, bring almost to a boil add flour 1 Tbs. at a time until sauce starts to thicken. remove from burner.

Step 2in a 2 quart baking dish sprayed with Pam add 1/3 of potatoes, half of meat, and 1/3 of cream mixture. repeat layers. bake in a 350 degree oven covered with foil for about 45 min. check potatoes for doneness. remove foil and bake for about 15 min. more until browned and bubbly. remove from oven and let stand for about 10 min. to thicken.
