1In a small skillet, heat butter, add the onion and celery and cook over medium heat, until softened. about four minutes. Add broth and bring to a boil.
Remove from heatt and stir in stuffing mix, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper. Let cool completely.
2In a large bowl combine ground turkey with stuffing mixture. Form into six burgers, about one inch thick.
3Grill, turning once until ligtly browned on both sides, about four minutes. Continue grilling, turning once, until burgers are cooked throug. about twelve minutes.
Serve on rolls with whatever condiments you like.
