How to Make Mom-Mom's Stuffing
- Remove meats from packet inside the turkey. Cut up into small pieces.
- In a frying pan, saute peppers, onions, celery, giblets, gizzard, heart & liver in olive oil.
- In a large pot, combine bread cubes, salt & pepper, seasoning, pepper/onion mixture, and eggs. Add enough warm water to just moisten.
- Mix well with your hands. Stuff turkey, both in the cavity and under the skin.
