I lightened this recipe up by using ground turkey instead of ground beef. It was a hit in our home!

Ingredients
- 12 - cupcake liners
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 1/3 cups itaian bread crumbs
- 1/2 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 12 - cubes of mozzarella cheese
- - additional marinara sauce
- - shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make mini italian meatloaves

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 12 count muffin tin with cupcake liners. In a large bowl, combine the beaten egg, milk, marinara sauce, uncooked quick cooking oats, ground turkey, Italian seasoning, garlic and bread crumbs.

Step 2Divide mixture into twelve equal portions. Insert one cheese cube into center of meat and roll in hands to form the meat around the cheese into a ball. Place into muffin tin and continue with remaining meat and cheese.

Step 3Top with a tablespoon (more or less depending on your preference) and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 4Bake uncovered on center oven rack for 25 minutes.
