- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 1 - 16 oz jar mild salsa
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1-1/2 cup water
- 2 cups ronzoni healthy harvest elbow macaroni
- 1 cup frozen niblet corn
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make mexican skillet

Step 1Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Cook ground turkey over med-high heat about 7 mins, or until done.

Step 2Stir in salsa, tomato sauce and water. Heat to boiling. Add macaroni and corn. Reduce heat ans simmer 15 min. Until macaroni is tender.

Step 3Sprinkle w/ cheese and ler stand until cheese is melted.
