Leftover Turkey Shepherds Pie

I wrote this recipe today wanting something different to do with my left overs.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

We challenge anyone that says they don't like turkey leftovers to try this wonderful shepherd's pie. The filling reminds us of a rich pot pie with all the yummy flavors of a holiday turkey. Using a soup base gives the filling a savory, rich flavor. Mashed potatoes and cheese are the crowning glories of this shepherd's pie. It's a wonderful recipe to use holiday leftovers the whole family will love. Bonus, we love that this is a one-pot meal. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
