I use to make this when my children were small and I did not have much money. This is/was a very cheap meal to make, especially when i would buy the items on Sale! My kids always loved it, I cut the Kielbasa in smaller pieces to make it feel like there is more meat!

Ingredients

  • 1lb pkg
    turkey kielbasa/or your favorite
  • 1 large
    onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 pkg
    chicken top ramen noodles
  • 1 pkg
    mixed vegetables (your choice)
  • 1 Tbsp
    mrs. dash seasoning

How to Make Jojo’s Turkey Kielbasa Stir Fry

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice Kielbasa in half length wise, then slice each piece into bite size pieces. Slice onions, and stir fry with kielbasa until cooked thru. Steam vegetables and cook noodles in hot water, but save seasoning packet. Drain vegetables and noodles, add to kielbasa and onions, add seasonings, including Top Ramen noodle seasoning packet. Stir everything together until cooked through
