  • 2 lb
    minced raw turkey thigh meat, no skin
  • 3 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry rub #1
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion, finely chopped

How to Make Jack's Turkey Burger

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and let it burn down to embers.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine turkey meat with ingredients.
  3. Mix thoroughly and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. When ready to grill, form into large patties and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until done.
  5. Make sure turkey mixture is cold before grilling.
  6. Serve with your choice of condiments.
