I got this recipe years ago from a lady that lived across the street from me in California. It's a great easy left over Turkey dish that is pure comfort food. After the holidays it's nice to throw this together fast with a green salad and than sit back and relax.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cut up cooked turkey
- 1 jar (4 1/2 0unces) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions (with tops)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup bisquick baking mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 - eggs
How To Make impossible turkey pie

Step 1Heat oven to 400* Spray 10 inch pie plate with non stick cooking spray.

Step 2Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate.

Step 3Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high speed until smooth. Pour into pie plate.

Step 4Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
