Another way to use leftover turkey during the holidays. I like to add some white pepper to the sauce for a little more oompf.

1 lbbacon, fried and drained

grated cheddar cheese
- WHITE SAUCE:

1 stickbutter

8 Tbspflour

4 cmilk
How To Make hot brown casserole

1Lay toasted bread in bottom of a 9-by-13 inch dish.

2Layer with turkey and bacon.

3Pour white sauce over bacon.

4Bake in preheated 350F degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese 5 minutes before removing from oven.

5White sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Blend in flour. Add milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
