Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey breast, ground
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup butter crakers, crushed
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 6 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1.25 cups pineapple juice, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
How To Make honey - mustard turkey meatballs

Step 1In a bowl, combine turkey, egg, cracker crumbs, cheese, onion, ginger and 3 tablespoons mustard; form into 30 balls, 1 inch each.

Step 2Place in a greased 13-inch X 9-inch X 2-inch baking dish; bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until juices run clear.

Step 3In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, green pepper, honey, cornstarch and onion powder; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Step 4Cook and stir 2 minutes more; reduce heat and stir in remaining mustard until smooth.

Step 5Brush meatballs with about 1/4 cup sauce and return to the oven for 10 minutes.

Step 6Serve remaining sauce as a dip for meatballs.

Step 7NOTES: These meatballs can be prepared ahead and frozen, so you can treat even drop-in guests to a hot snack.
