Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked turkey, 1" cubes
- 8 ounces can pineapple chunks
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1 sweet green pepper in chunks
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Step 1Begin each skewer with a cube of turkey.

Step 2Add pineapple.

Step 3Separate the onion into pieces and add one piece.

Step 4Add the green pepper and tomato.

Step 5Repeat.

Step 6Put the skewers in a baking pan.

Step 7Combine the soy sauce, pineapple juice, curry powder and ginger.

Step 8Pour over the kebobs.

Step 9Bake in 400 oven for 15 minutes, turning frequently to coat with sauce.

Step 10Serve on rice, if desired.
