Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    cooked turkey, 1" cubes
  • 8 oz
    can pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium
    onion, quartered
  • 1
    sweet green pepper in chunks
  • 10
    cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger

How to Make Hawaiian Turkey Kebabs

Step-by-Step

  1. Begin each skewer with a cube of turkey.
  2. Add pineapple.
  3. Separate the onion into pieces and add one piece.
  4. Add the green pepper and tomato.
  5. Repeat.
  6. Put the skewers in a baking pan.
  7. Combine the soy sauce, pineapple juice, curry powder and ginger.
  8. Pour over the kebobs.
  9. Bake in 400 oven for 15 minutes, turning frequently to coat with sauce.
  10. Serve on rice, if desired.
