1Make a charcoal fire.
Combine pineapple juice,oil,soy sauce,ginger and mustard. Mix well.
On metal skewers,thread each ingredient,allowing 1/4 inch space between for even cooking. Make as many skewers as you need. Place in a shallow dish,pour marinade over skewers at least 15 minutes.
Cook 10-15 minutes turning and brushing occasionally with marinade.
