I had these at a party once and came home and made a few changes. Good as an appetizer or a meal.

    1/4 c pineapple juice
  • ·
    1 t. soy sauce
  • ·
    1 t. oil
  • ·
    3/4 t. ground ginger
  • ·
    1/2 t. dry mustard
  • ·
    turkey sausages,cut in 1 inch pieces
  • ·
    zucchini,cut in 1 inch pieces
  • ·
    mushrooms ,cut in fourths
  • ·
    fresh pineapple,cut in 1 inch pieces
  • ·
    onion,cut in 1 inch chunks
  • ·
    medium red bell pepper,cut in 1 inch pieces

How to Make Grilled Tropical Turkey Kabobs


  1. Make a charcoal fire.
    Combine pineapple juice,oil,soy sauce,ginger and mustard. Mix well.
    On metal skewers,thread each ingredient,allowing 1/4 inch space between for even cooking. Make as many skewers as you need. Place in a shallow dish,pour marinade over skewers at least 15 minutes.
    Cook 10-15 minutes turning and brushing occasionally with marinade.
