Granddaddy's Turkey Hash

This was my grandfather's recipe to "use up the leftovers" after Thanksgiving. We like it served over biscuits or rolls.

  • 3 c
    cooked turkey, cubed
  • 3
    potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 small
    onion, diced very small
  • 1/2 c
    giblet (or cream) gravy
  • to taste

How to Make Granddaddy's Turkey Hash


  1. In a large skillet, combine turkey, potatoes and onion.
  2. Cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Add gravy and pepper and cook 5 minutes more. Serve hot.
