granddaddy's turkey hash
This was my grandfather's recipe to "use up the leftovers" after Thanksgiving. We like it served over biscuits or rolls.

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked turkey, cubed
- 3 - potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 small onion, diced very small
- 1/2 cup giblet (or cream) gravy
- to taste - pepper
How To Make granddaddy's turkey hash

Step 1In a large skillet, combine turkey, potatoes and onion.

Step 2Cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Step 3Add gravy and pepper and cook 5 minutes more. Serve hot.
