I make these turkey Tacos every time we have leftover turkey from the holidays and my family has always loved them and it also turns boring left over turkey meat into a whole different meal . They are yummy .
1melt margarine in medium to large frying pan, add Turkey and fajita seasoning to your specific taste , start by using 1/2 teaspoon and add more if desired. cook until turkey is semi brown to deeper golden brown depending on desired crunchiness. remove from heat
2warm tortillas over open flame or on griddle and serve immediate with your choice of garnishes.
