fried turkey tacos

I make these turkey Tacos every time we have leftover turkey from the holidays and my family has always loved them and it also turns boring left over turkey meat into a whole different meal . They are yummy .

Ingredients
- 3 or 4 cups shredded shredded turkey
- 4 tablespoons stick margerine or butter. i use imperial margerine
- 1/2 teaspoon fajita seasoning spice, i like fiesta brand fajita seasoning
- 1 large tomato diced for garnish
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro cut up for garnish
- 1 package shredded cheese, goat cheese or whatever you prefer for garnish
- 1 package sour cream for garnish
- 1 package flour or corn tortillas , which ever you prefer
- 1 bottle chipotle salsa or whatever salsa is your preferance fo garnish
- 1 medium onion diced for garnish
How To Make fried turkey tacos

Step 1melt margarine in medium to large frying pan, add Turkey and fajita seasoning to your specific taste , start by using 1/2 teaspoon and add more if desired. cook until turkey is semi brown to deeper golden brown depending on desired crunchiness. remove from heat

Step 2warm tortillas over open flame or on griddle and serve immediate with your choice of garnishes.
