Ingredients

  • 2 - egg whites
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound ground turkey

How To Make fresh herb turkey loaf

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey.
  • Step 3
    Add turkey and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Mold turkey mixture into a loaf pan.
  • Step 5
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until no longer pink.
  • Step 6
    Remove from oven, pat dry with paper towel and cut into 6 slices.
