Ingredients
- 2 - egg whites
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound ground turkey
How To Make fresh herb turkey loaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey.

Step 3Add turkey and mix well.

Step 4Mold turkey mixture into a loaf pan.

Step 5Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until no longer pink.

Step 6Remove from oven, pat dry with paper towel and cut into 6 slices.
