- 8 ounces uncooked penne
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted
- 1 package 8oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 jar 4 1/2 oz. mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Step 1Cook penne according to directions and drain

Step 2In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add soup, cream cheese,cream amd milk; cook and stir just until cream cheese is melted. Stir in the mushrooms, cheesed and spices. Cook just until cheeses are melted. Add turkey and penne and heat through

Step 3Transfer to a greased 2 1/2-qt. baking dish. In a small bowl combine topping ingredients and sprinkle of pasta mixture. Bake at 35 minutes for 25 min. Uncover, bake 10-15 minutes longer or until golden brown.
