Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked penne
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted
  • 1 package 8oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 jar 4 1/2 oz. mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

How To Make four-cheese turkey pasta bake

  • Step 1
    Cook penne according to directions and drain
  • Step 2
    In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add soup, cream cheese,cream amd milk; cook and stir just until cream cheese is melted. Stir in the mushrooms, cheesed and spices. Cook just until cheeses are melted. Add turkey and penne and heat through
  • Step 3
    Transfer to a greased 2 1/2-qt. baking dish. In a small bowl combine topping ingredients and sprinkle of pasta mixture. Bake at 35 minutes for 25 min. Uncover, bake 10-15 minutes longer or until golden brown.
