Easy Turkey Potpies

2 cups cooked turkey, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables, 8 oz
1 to 2 cups homemade turkey gravy or canned chicken gravy
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. puff pastry shells (6 unbaked shells)


1Mix the turkey, vegetables and gravy in a pan. Season with the salt and pepper. Cook, covered, until hot
2Bake the pastry shells as the pkg. directs. Fill with the warmed turkey mixture. Serve with a tossed green salad.
