Ingredients

  • 2 c
    cut up cooked leftover turkey, diced
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    dried sage leaves or 1/4 teas. ground sage
  • 1/4 tsp
    thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 1/4 c
    milk
  • 3 medium
    eggs
  • 1 c
    bisquick baking mix

How to Make Dinner After Thanksgiving

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 400^. Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Mix turkey, celery, onion and seasonings in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
