- 2 cups cut up cooked leftover turkey, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves or 1/4 teas. ground sage
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 cup bisquick baking mix
How To Make dinner after thanksgiving

Step 1Heat oven to 400^. Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Mix turkey, celery, onion and seasonings in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
