Crockpot Turkey Breast

Ingredients

3-4 lbfresh or frozen turkey breast (halved)

1 can(s)whole berry cranberries

1/2 csugar
-
1/2 capple juice
-
1 Tbspcider vinegar
-
2 clovegarlic, crushed
-
1/2 tspdry ground mustard
-
1/2 tspground cinnamom
-
1/4 tspground cloves
-
1/4 tspground allspice
How to Make Crockpot Turkey Breast
- Place turkey in 5 quart crockpot.
Combine all ingredients well.
Pour over turkey breast.
Cover & cook on low for 5 hours. - When turkey is done.
Prepare thickening sauce.
Strain juices from turkey and combine with 2 Tablespoons flour & 1/4 cup cold water. Stir till thickened. Add a dash of browning sauce (Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master). - Slice & serve.
If wanted, during the last hour, your stuffing can be placed on top of the turkey & cooked.
