Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds fresh or frozen turkey breast (halved)
- 1 can whole berry cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
How To Make crockpot turkey breast

Step 1Place turkey in 5 quart crockpot. Combine all ingredients well. Pour over turkey breast. Cover & cook on low for 5 hours.

Step 2When turkey is done. Prepare thickening sauce. Strain juices from turkey and combine with 2 Tablespoons flour & 1/4 cup cold water. Stir till thickened. Add a dash of browning sauce (Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master).

Step 3Slice & serve. If wanted, during the last hour, your stuffing can be placed on top of the turkey & cooked.
