Cooking for two for pre-Chirstmas Holiday I came up with this as a precursor to my boyfriend's holiday meal at his parents. At first I was planning to make two different items, but blended them at the end and it proved to be delious and satisfing!

1 lb
fresh frozen green beans
1/2 c
cremini mushrooms
4-6 slice
bacon, cooked
yellow onions
1 lb
pepper turkey
12-14 oz
1 jar alfredo pobalo sauce (classico brand)
1/3 c
ranch dressing
1 pkg
rigatoni pasta, cooked

How to Make Classic Green Bean Casserole Redux


  • 1cut & cook bacon into bite size, kitchen scissors work great!. Add chopped onion, then quartered mushrooms, then add green beans. Cook till green beans are just tender. Set aside.
  • 2Cook Rigatoni till al dente', cover. In sauce pan heat sauce, with ranch dressing add chunks of bite sized pepper turkey.
  • 3Drain pasta, combine green bean mixture with sauce mixture pour over Pasta! Your done serve!
