This recipe started in my family when there was left over turkey. I had green grapes and decided to experiment. Now I make the salad with either turkey or a roast chicken from the deli. Few ingredients, fast and easy. It has been loved by all that has tasted it, including the kids! Enjoy!

Ingredients For chicken and grape salad, connie style

  • 1
    roast chicken or left over turkey, skin removed and cut into chucks
  • 1/2
    bag of green grapes, chopped
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg
    favorite bread or buns (can be served on lettuce leaves)

How To Make chicken and grape salad, connie style

    Remove skin from chicken/turkey.
  • 2
    Chop chicken/turkey into chunks. Put chicken/turkey into a large bowl.

    Wash grapes and cut each grap in half. (I use scissors for this task.)

    Put grapes into bowl with turkey.
  • 5
    Add mayo., salt and pepper and toss well. You may need more mayo if the mix is to dry.

    Serve on your favorite bread or on lettuce leaves.
