This recipe started in my family when there was left over turkey. I had green grapes and decided to experiment. Now I make the salad with either turkey or a roast chicken from the deli. Few ingredients, fast and easy. It has been loved by all that has tasted it, including the kids! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 - roast chicken or left over turkey, skin removed and cut into chucks
  • 1/2 - bag of green grapes, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package favorite bread or buns (can be served on lettuce leaves)

How To Make chicken and grape salad, connie style

  • Step 1
    Remove skin from chicken/turkey.
  • Step 2
    Chop chicken/turkey into chunks. Put chicken/turkey into a large bowl.
  • Step 3
    Wash grapes and cut each grap in half. (I use scissors for this task.)
  • Step 4
    Put grapes into bowl with turkey.
  • Step 5
    Add mayo., salt and pepper and toss well. You may need more mayo if the mix is to dry.
  • Step 6
    Serve on your favorite bread or on lettuce leaves.
