  • 10 oz
    broccoli, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg, ground
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1.5 c
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 c
    turkey, cooked and cubed
  • 4 oz
    mushrooms
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 can(s)
    refrigerated biscuits

How to Make Casino Royale Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg; cook 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring, until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in frozen vegetables.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in cheese until melted.
  6. Add lemon juice, turkey, mushrooms and broccoli.
  7. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 8"x8" baking dish; sprinkle with parmesan and top with biscuits.
  8. Bake 20 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
