Learning to cook for just me when I first started cooking in a resteraunt this is how I was taught to make biscuits and gravy for 1.

Ingredients

  • I/2 cup ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash garlic and herb seasoning
  • 3/4 cup milk

How To Make breakfast for one (turkey gravy over biscuits )

  • Step 1
    Brown turkey in small pan. Remove and set aside. Melt butter in same pan.Add flour and mix well cooking about 2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add milk cook stiring till thickened, add salt, pepper and seasonings.Add turkey and heat through cooking abut 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Serve over biscuits ,potatoes or eggs (Note can be made with hamburger or sausage)
