Ingredients
- - take your left over turkey and cube it/ or shred
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 boxes frozen broccoli florets
- 3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons heaping tablespoons of mayo
- 3 cups white rice before cooking
- - couple of dashes of cayenne pepper
- 1 cup bread crumbs
How To Make best turkey left overs ever!

Step 1Spray the bottom of your roasting pan with Pam then spread turkey on bottom to cover entire pan. Add frozen broccoli florets directly on top of meat.

Step 2In a small sauce pan, add soup, mayo, milk and red pepper and "whisk" and heat until hot and creamy :)Remember to salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Add some cheddar cheese onto turkey and broccoli in pan, then add ALL of the Liquid ingredients. Sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs and remaining cheddar cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for approximately 40 minutes.

Step 4While "dinner" is in oven - cook rice When Cheese on top of turkey is bubbly and a little brown, remove and serve on top of rice! Enjoy!!
