Ingredients
- 1 box spaghetti
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
- 1 can evaporated milk (12 0z)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Step 1Cook the box of spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside in a covered dish in order to not dry out.

Step 2Saute celery and onion in butter until translucent. Set aside. Place soups, mushrooms, milk, Worchestershire sauce and cheese in a large sauce pan and heat until cheese is melted. Add celery/onion mixture, turkey and salt and pepper to taste. Finally add the cooked spaghetti. (you may want to hold some of the pasta out depending on how dry it looks when combined.

Step 3Pour the entire contents in to a greased 9x13 pan spreading out evenly. Sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on top before placing in the oven. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
