1Toast your bread....this is optional.
On 3 slices of bread spread mayo on one side, except the middle slice you can put mayo of both sides.
2On the 1st. pc. of bread put lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, cucumber, bean sprouts and turkey.
On the 2nd. pc. put your bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and bean spourts, cucumber.
Now tricky part on the back of the 2nd. slice of bread here is where you put more mayo, then lettuce, tomatoes, bean sprouts, cucumbers, cheese and ham. And add 3rd. slice of bread for the back of your sandwich.
3Yes i know this will make a huge, tall, meaty, veggie sandwich, now cut it in half so that you have 2 triangles, use tooth picks to hold the sandwich together. If you are really hungry you could eat one all by yourself but these are really big enough to share with someone else and that can save you time and money also....in the ingredients i have honey mustard is optional, my family loves it when i mix alittle mayo with alittle honey mustard in a bowl then spread it on their sandwiches.
4I hope you enjoy this sandwich...it's my way of sneaking in different veggies with a sandwich that also has plenty of good healthy choices of meat, and of course you can change it around and use whatever meat, bread and veggies you want, you would be amazed what veggies you can get away with using on this sandwich that normally your hubby or kids might say i would never eat that....Serve with chips or keep up the healthy eating with carrot and celery sticks with or with out a low fat dip....ENJOY
