I actually came up with this recipe when my son was being sarcastic and said, "Mom! You eat WAYYY too much peanut butter! I can't believe you don't put it on your burger, too!" Ta-da! This yummy concoction was born! It may sound odd, but it's SOOO good!

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground turkey
  • pinch
    seasoning salt
  • ·
    peanut butter
  • 8 slice
    cooked bacon (crunchier the better)
  • 4
    hamburger buns
  • ·
    olive oil (to cover bottom of pan)

How to Make Bacon Peanut Butter Turkey Burgers


  1. Form the ground turkey into well packed patties, salt each side lightly with seasoning salt, and then cook in a lightly oiled skillet (flipping occasionaly) until cooked through.
  2. Remove patties to paper towels to drain excess fat.
  3. Split the hamburger buns and spread one side with peanut butter, and then two pieces of bacon.
  4. Add one turkey burger, top with top half of bun and enjoy!
