This is a super easy recipe to make and can be made in any pan. It is flavorful and packed with so many goodies. Garlic, ginger, onion with the main ingredient of ground turkey or chicken then mix in some amazing sauces and you have a healthy meal that is very hard not to go back for seconds. However, if you do it's not so much to worry about since it is so healthy. My family LOVES these wraps and it is an easy meal that can be put on the menu for once a month.
This recipe is another from my Ninja Cooking System cookbook with my additions and changes to lower the sodium amount.
1Place ground turkey and onions into pot. Set on STOVETOP HIGH. Cook uncovered 5 - 7 minutes or until turkey is cooked through. Make sure you are stirring mixture as well.
2Stir in onion, garlic, roasted reds, carrots and ginger. Cook 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add your hoisin, soy, and sriracha sauce, vinegar, lime juice to the mixture along with your sliced water chestnuts. Add your cilantro right at the end and give one more stir and your ready to plate.
3Fill up your lettuce leaves, enough that you can create a wrap....now enjoy these wonderful bites of heaven. I LOVE THESE WRAPS!!
4I wanted to show you the sauces too just in case you needed to pick up one or two of them.

62-17-15 --- Made this for dinner last night. I just love this recipe as it's a light meal but very filling and tasty too. No bib lettuce so had to use romaine instead.
