Blue Ribbon Recipe

If hosting a small holiday dinner, this apricot-glazed turkey breast will be a great centerpiece. A turkey breast is much quicker to make than an entire turkey. Brushed on the turkey breast is a simple apricot preserves balsamic vinegar glaze. The sweet and tangy glaze deeps with flavor as it's continuously basted and roasted on the turkey breasts' skin. It also makes the meat juicy and flavorful.
