Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork shoulder
- 3 tablespoons achiote paste
- 2 tablespoons guaillo chili powder
- 6 tablespoons garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon each mexican oregano, cumin and salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- TOPPINGS AND ASSEMBLY
- 10 flour taco shells
- fresh red cabbage chopped
- red onion sliced
- favorite salsa
- cubed pineapple
- sliced avocado
- fresh cilantro chopped
- lime wedges
How To Make taco's al pastor

Step 1Cut the pork into cubes. Mix the remaining ingredients through the pineapple juice in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients until the paste is dissolved and well incorporated. Add the pork. Cover and let marinate for up to 3 days. Pour into a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours. Drain the pork.

Step 2To assemble Place the flour tortillas in a hot pan and cook until browned.
