This is my sweeties favorite recipe. He says it's the best he ever ate. I'd call it spicy not hot. You can hotten it up by adding more of the seasonings.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons veggie or olive oil (i use veggie)
- 4 medium onions, chopped
- 9 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 pounds ground beef
- 5 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- - ground pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cans ro-tel tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
How To Make taco meat

Step 1Heat oil in large pan. Sauté onion and garlic, about 8 minutes. Add beef, cook until no longer pink. Drain. Return meat to the pan.

Step 2Add all seasonings and the flour. Stir until well blended. Add Ro-tel and beef stock. Stir and cook until liquid cooks down, about12 minutes.

Step 3Taste and adjust seasonings, adding salt if desired. Serve with tortillas, chopped tomatoes, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce and salsa.
