This is a recipe I saved from my Mothers best friend Beverly Her Fathers recipe. In the 70's Before Mexican food was popular. When he visited and made Taco's. Everyone would show up for his Taco's. He put the filling in the shells and baked.

Ingredients
- 1 pound 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon =oregano
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- dash salt & pepper
How To Make taco filling

Step 1Brown ground beef with onion, drain.

Step 2Add the Spices. You can add more seasonings to your taste. Turn heat to lowest setting and cover with Lid for about 10 minutes. Turn heat off to allow the spices to meld with the beef.

Step 3Add to your favorite Taco shells with your favorite toppings. Or get creative and make a Mexicen Pizza, or Casserole. This Taco filling is very Versatile.
