Ingredients
- 2 poblano peppers
- 1/4 pound hamburg
- 1 package mexican blend shredded cheese
- 2 egg
How To Make stuffed poblano peppers

Step 1Fry hamburg, breaking up into small pieces until browned. Pour off grease and discard.

Step 2Mix in shredded cheese and 1 egg beaten

Step 3cut the peppers in half length wise, cut out seeds and membrane.

Step 4In a 9x9 baking dish lay the peppers out cavity side up and fill with meat/cheese. Beat the second egg along with a table spoon of four and pour over peppers. Bake at 350'F for 40 minutes. Cover with foil if mixture begins to brown.
