Ingredients
- 15 pounds pork shoulder roast
- 1 bag new mexico dry chiles
- 2 large garlics
- 2 tablespoons dry oregano
- 3 large bay leaves.salt, pepper to taste
- 1 bunch cylantro, choped fine.
- 1 large onion,choped fine.
- 1 large package white corn tortillas.
How To Make my mexican style pork shoulder.

Step 1rinse meat, soak in salted water for 15 minutes, discard water, dry meat.

Step 2in a crock pot, slice onion thick and put on bottom of pot with bay leaves, cut meat if to big in parts.

Step 3soak chiles in hot water, drain chiles and put in blender with clean water, 1 large garlic and more oregano to taste, salt and pepper, blend until super fine add to meat and cook high for about 3 hrs until meat comes off the bone.
