2 cshredded rotisserie chicken breast
·juice from 1 lemon
·salt & pepper to taste
1 cshredded colby/jack cheese
2roma tomatos, diced
·canola oil to lightly fry tortillas
·your favorite salsa or taco sauce
How to Make Lemon Chicken Tacos
- Heat lemon juice in skillet - Add chicken and heat through - Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm on "low" setting.
- Lightly fry and fold tortillas - Drain thoroughly on paper towels
- Add chicken to prepared tortillas.
- Top with cheese, avocado, tomato and lettuce and your favorite salsa or taco sauce. Serve with cheese topped refried beans
