Ingredients
- 8 hot dogs cut into pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon mexican oregano
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup favorite salsa
- sweet pickled mustard greens (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream
- fresh cilantro
How To Make hot dog tacos

Step 1Add some oil to a large skillet. Saute the onion until softened. Add the hot dogs and cherry tomatoes. Season with the Mexican oregano.

Step 2Cook the tortillas in a skillet with a little oil until charred a bit.

Step 3Fill the tortillas with the hot dog mixture and top with cheese, cilantro, pickled mustard greens, salsa and sour cream
