Ingredients

  • 8 hot dogs cut into pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mexican oregano
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup favorite salsa
  • sweet pickled mustard greens (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream
  • fresh cilantro

How To Make hot dog tacos

  • Step 1
    Add some oil to a large skillet. Saute the onion until softened. Add the hot dogs and cherry tomatoes. Season with the Mexican oregano.
  • Step 2
    Cook the tortillas in a skillet with a little oil until charred a bit.
  • Step 3
    Fill the tortillas with the hot dog mixture and top with cheese, cilantro, pickled mustard greens, salsa and sour cream
