These were amazing. We used fresh catch bass, grilled the fillets and assembled the taco's. So good

Ingredients

  • 12 flour tortilla shells taco size
  • 2 pounds fresh catch or any white fish like cod
  • 1 teaspoon each cumin, and salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • TOPPINGS
  • red cabbage shredded
  • red onion slices
  • avocado slices
  • salsa or pico de gala
  • fresh cilantro chopped
  • lime wedges
  • SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • hot sauce to taste

How To Make fish tacos

  • Step 1
    Mix the cumin, salt and pepper together and season the fish. Grill until flaky and done or bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside. Place the tortillas in batches in a hot pan or on the grill and get some char on them.
  • Step 3
    Place the fish in each shell top with some sauce and layer the toppings. Enjoy
