Ingredients
- 12 flour tortilla shells taco size
- 2 pounds fresh catch or any white fish like cod
- 1 teaspoon each cumin, and salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- TOPPINGS
- red cabbage shredded
- red onion slices
- avocado slices
- salsa or pico de gala
- fresh cilantro chopped
- lime wedges
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- hot sauce to taste
How To Make fish tacos

Step 1Mix the cumin, salt and pepper together and season the fish. Grill until flaky and done or bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

Step 2Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside. Place the tortillas in batches in a hot pan or on the grill and get some char on them.

Step 3Place the fish in each shell top with some sauce and layer the toppings. Enjoy
