Ingredients
- FISH
- 8 fish filets your choice any firm white fish
- 1 cup potato flour
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- oil for frying
- FAJITAS
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 1 red onion sliced
- SAUCE
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped chipotle peppers
- lettuce for serving
How To Make fish fajitas

Step 1Take each fish filet and cut it in half. Bring pot of oil to 350 degrees. Mix the potato flour, cumin, salt and chili powder together. Dredge the filets in the flour mixture and deep fry for about 4 minutes depending on how thick the fish is.

Step 2Meanwhile add oil to a large skillet. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the onion and green pepper and stir fry until browned. Set a side.

Step 3Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

Step 4In a dry pan brown the flour tortillas. Top each tortillas with 2 pieces fish. the green pepper mixture, sauce and lettuce. Serve immediately
