easiest ever chicken tacos
This recipe came from my sister years ago, when she was raising her children. It was easy, and yet it was very tasty! I generally make this on Cinco de Mayo every year, and that's what I'm doing today! BTW: Leftover shredded chicken freezes well!

How To Make easiest ever chicken tacos
-
Step 1Prepare the inside of your crock pot by spraying lightly with cooking spray.
-
Step 2Spread a large spoonful of salsa on the bottom of the crock pot. Add the chicken breasts, and cover with remaining salsa.
-
Step 3Set the crock pot on low, and cook for 8 hours. When the chicken is done cooking, shred apart like you would for pulled pork.
-
Step 4We like these served on warmed flour tortillas, and topped with the usual lettuce, tomatoes, sliced green onions, cheese, and of course sour cream.
-
Step 5It doesn't get any easier than this! Enjoy!
