I love these burritos and eat them often. I also will order any bean and cheese or meat, bean and cheese anywhere with the add-on of lettuce tomato. They taste better and are healthier that way.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can rosa maria or other refriend beans
  • 1 cup romaine or other lettuce leaves
  • 1 - tomato chopped up
  • 1/2 cup cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup salsa (i usually use pace)
  • - flour tortillas
  • APPROXIMATE REQUIREMENTS FOR LUNCH FOR ONE DEPENDING ON APPETITES

How To Make burritos ala kaye swain

  • Step 1
    Warm the beans - I usually use the microwave
  • Step 2
    Shred the lettuce, if you didn't buy it in small pieces
  • Step 3
    Grate the cheese, if didn't buy pre-grated
  • Step 4
    Chop the tomatos
  • Step 5
    Heat the tortilla - depending on microwave - about 30-60 seconds. Fill the tortilla with beans, salsa, cheese, tomatos, lettuce, wrap, ENJOY
