Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning, divided
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh corn kernels
  • 2 packages microwave rice (8.8 oz)
  • 2 dashes romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 4 ounces queso blanco, crumbled
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream

How To Make burrito bowl

  • Step 1
    Cook the ground beef with the taco seasoning until no longer pink. Warm the beans in the microwave. Add olive oil to a skillet and cook the corn kernels until charred a bit.o microwave the rice.
  • Step 2
    Build the bowls. Place the rice in the bottom of a large bowl. top with burger and beans on one side. Add the romaine to one side and add the corn to another side. lay the avocado slices on top. Then crumble the cheese. Top with Pico and sour cream
