beef steak soft tacos
when making Tacos I have never made them with any other Meat other than Hamburger Meat, I Found this Recipe on the Package of Steak Meat I just bought I was thinking it would be so good to cook Steak on the grill using a Marinade Yummy Love to Eat it that way thought I would share we just cooked our meal in the oven differently just wanted to share this Recipe

6 Servings Total Time:25 Minutes Marinade Time: 6 hours- overnight Times Vary
Ingredients
- 2 packages boneless beef shoulder steaks
- 12 small flour tortillas,warmed
- - salt(optional)
- 2/3 cup marinade- italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons cilantro(fresh)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- - toppings-thinly sliced lettuce
- - chopped tomato
- - sour cream(dairy)
- - guacamole(optional)
How To Make beef steak soft tacos

Step 1Combine Marinade Ingredients in a small Bowl. Place Beef Steaks in Marinade in Refrigerator 6 hours or Overnight, turning occasionally.(I do overnight)

Step 2Remove Steaks; Discard Marinade. Place Steaks on grid over Medium Heat(ash-covered coals) Grill Covered, 8-12 Minutes for Medium Rare(145' degrees to Medium(160') Doneness turning Occasionally.

Step 3Carve into thin Slices; Season With Salt(Optional) Serve in Tortillas With Toppings.
