Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocado's
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • shredded taco blend cheese
  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • green onions

How To Make avocado tacos

  • Step 1
    Cook the ground beef and onion in skillet until done. Drain. Stir in the taco seasoning.
  • Step 2
    Half the Avocados and remove the pit. Slice out the flesh leaving the shell intact.
  • Step 3
    Add beef mixture evenly in all shells. Top with Avocado slices, cheese, salsa, sour cream and green onions.
