Ingredients
- SRIRACHA MAYO
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- TACOS
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces tuna steak
- 1/2 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup pickled cabbage
- 1 red onion, cut into slices
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
How To Make ahi tuna tacos

Step 1Make the Sriracha mayo by mixing all ingredients. Set aside.

Step 2To make the tacos, brown the tortillas shells over open flame on the stove or in a lightly oiled pan.

Step 3Add the olive oil to a pan. Rub the tuna steak with the taco seasoning and sear the on both sides until desired doneness. Set on cutting board and slice into strips.

Step 4To assemble the tacos, place the cabbage on bottom of tortillas then the onion. Top with tuna slices and sprinkle cilantro on top.

Step 5Drizzle Sriracha mayo over all.
