dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
salt

sugar

black pepper fresh ground

dried tarragon crumbled
1/2 tsp
hot pepper flakes (to taste)

  • 1Breasts (halved if whole) and the legs cut into drumsticks and thigh sections.
  • 2In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, sugar, black pepper, tarragon, and red pepper flakes.
  • 3Add the chicken and turn it to coat with the marinade.
  • 4Let the chicken marinate, covered and chilled, overnight.
  • 5Drain it and discard the marinade.
