Ingredients
- 2 medium steaks (sirloin, rib eye, new york strip, etc) cut into 1-2" cubes
- 1-2 tablespoon kinder's buttery steakhouse seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make quick & easy buttery steak bites

Step 1Sprinkle steak cubes with seasoning and set aside.

Step 2In a large skillet, over medium heat, add olive oil and butter. When butter is melted, add steak. Turn heat to medium high.

Step 3Let steak brown on all sides, turning occasionally. Don't overcook-I like mine medium rare, so it only takes about 5 minutes. Turn heat to medium if it gets too high or cooks too fast.
